Uthama Puthiran, a 2010 Tamil romantic comedy film directed by Mithran Jawahar. A remake of the 2008 Telugu film Ready, it stars Dhanush and Genelia D'Souza, reprising her role from the original version, in the lead roles; the supporting cast includes K. Bhagyaraj, Vivek, Ashish Vidyarthi and Jaya Prakash Reddy among others.
Synopsis :
Siva, a happy-go-lucky man, mistakes Pooja's identity and kidnaps her from her marriage hall. However, when they fall in love with each other, they find it difficult to convince their families.
