The UWE-Africa Water Security Programme, run by the International Water Security Network (IWSN) at the University of the West of England, provided funding to upgrade two wells in Mukono, Uganda in 2014.
In the summer of 2015, UWE Journalism student Boris Siromahov worked with IWSN and National Association of Professional Environmentalists (NAPE) to produce this film, which focuses on one of the wells, and how it has improved the lives of the local community. The interview with Dr Alan Terry was filmed by Steve Brown (UWE).
