Nearly two months after charges were first filed against two Rockville High School students accused of raping a 14-year-old girl in a school bathroom, the case has hit a dead end. Police were called to the school on March 16 after a girl reported being raped in a school bathroom by two fellow students. Defense attorneys for both students have maintained that the encounter was consensual.
