Ingredients & Process :

Dried Apricot 1 tbsp
Raisin 4-5
Dried Cranberries 4-5
Black Raisin 4-5
Cherry 2-3
Almonds & Cashew nuts 2 tbsp
Orange Juice 1/3 Cup
Soak for 10-15 Minutes
Sugar 1/3 Cup
Water 2 tsp
keep in Low Flame until Caramelized
Water 1/2 Cup
Keep Aside & Cool Down
Oil 1/4 Cup
Milk 1/4 Cup
Mix
All purpose Flour 1 Cup
Baking Powder 1 tsp
Baking Soda 1/4 tsp
Cinnamon Powder 1/2 tsp
Mix
Add caramel
Pour in a Mould
Spread Some Dry fruits & Nuts
Keep in a Preheated Pan
for 35-40 Minutes
in Low Medium Flame
Cool Down Completely
