The IIB, in conjunction with Deloitte and Steptoe & Johnson, hosted a webinar entitled The Federal Reserve’s Main Street Lending Program: What’s New, What Questions Remain, and Where Does It Go from Here. Following last week’s announcement from the Federal Reserve that branches and agencies of foreign banks, and U.S. intermediate holding companies (and their subsidiaries) are eligible to participate in all three of the Main Street Lending Facilities (MSLF), this free webinar will cover the three MSLF programs, their accompanying guidance and term sheets, and how it all applies to FBOs.
