Salmon and Spinach Quiche is an easy recipe to make for brunch, lunch, or even dinner.
Dough:
220 gr. flour
120 gr. butter
8 gr. sugar
Pinch of salt
60 ml. of very cold water
Filling:
200 gr. fresh salmon
100 gr. spinach (you can take more)
150 gr. ricotta cheese
Pinch of salt
Pinch of black pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 eggs
50 ml. cooking cream 15%
Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Egg mixture
Grease and flour the baking pan (32 X 23 cm).
Bake at 360 degrees F (180 degrees C) for about 15 minutes.
Bake at 380 degrees F (190 degrees C) for about 40 minutes.
