This video shows our PE/PP film washing recycling system. It is designed for washing plastic films with contamination levels exceeding 80% , minimizing the recycling water flow rate and evaporation losses. The recycling machine includes: belt conveyor, crusher(crush plastic with water), 720 rpm rotating speed high speed friction washer, floating washer(can be hot washer), screw conveyor, 1200 rpm rotating speed high speed friction washer, floating washer tank, centrifugal dryer, hot air pipe dryer, silo. Model: 300kg/h, 500kg/h, 1000kg/h, 1500kg/h.
