2. The nature of the copyrighted work - The nature of the work is more artistic than factual but on balance the four factors weigh heavily in the direction of fair use.
3. The amount and substantiality of the portion taken - This clip is 22 seconds of an over 1,200 second episode.
4. The effect of the use upon the potential market - Negligible, no one is going to use this clip instead of purchasing, or viewing through other channels, this entire episode.
