MDOT observed and recorded a demonstration project of warm-mix asphalt in Michigan's Upper Peninsula. This video shows the differences and similarities between hot-mix and warm-mix asphalt, and includes interviews with the contractor, Payne & Dolan, and the National Center for Asphalt Technology on the qualities of this emerging technology.
