If you want to create vinyl decals to cut on a Cricut, Silhouette or other cutting machine, but you don't want to use their dedicated design software (ie you're sick of Cricut Design Space not working properly!), then in this video I will give you a run down of some of the best design software out there if you want to create vinyl decals. This list includes both paid for and free design software!
