Fierce fighting between Azerbaijan and Armenia has killed dozens of soldiers and at least 11 civilians.
The conflict in the Nagorno-Karabakh region escalated sharply on Monday.
The two sides pounded each other with rockets and artillery in a new round of the decades-old dispute.
The international community is calling for an immediate ceasefire and a negotiated settlement.
