From flying in majestic fighter jets to operating unmanned drones, women in aerospace and military are no less than their male counterparts. However, it was not always the same. Although women have flown since 1908, it was difficult for them to obtain employment in the aerospace industry prior to 1970. On the occasion of National Women in Aerospace Day, we have brought an in-depth analysis on the valour of extraordinary women and how they got into the aerospace industry.
