"Vibration calibrator VC21 tutorial" shows how to easily work with the vibration calibrator VC21. It generates mechanical sinusoidal vibrations with frequency and highly stable vibration amplitude. With this vibration sensors including connected measuring cables, measuring amplifiers and and display devices can be checked and calibrated in acceleration, velocity or displacement units.
Thanks to the calibration frequency of 15.915 Hz, it is also possible to calibrate vibration transducers and devices for low-frequency applications, e.g. human vibration meters to ISO 2631 / ISO 8041 or structural vibration meters to DIN 4150.
