In this video, I will show you 7 different ways to fix your echo device not connecting to Wi-Fi. For the most part, your Amazon Echo devices are always ready and are waiting to help you but once and a while you might ask Alexa a question or tell her to do something and Alexa says “I am having trouble connecting to the internet. Take a look at the help section in your Alexa App” you know you have a Wi-Fi internet problem or a problem with your echo device.

These are the 7 ways to try and fix your Wi-Fi Amazon Alexa issues:
1. Make sure you have internet
2. Make sure your echo device has a strong Wi-Fi connection
3. Remove extra Wi-Fi devices that could be causing congestion on your Wi-Fi network
4. Make sure you have the correct Wi-Fi password
5. Restart your modem and router
6. Restart your Echo device
