Amsterdam. When you think of Netherland's capital city, you surely first think about the world famous coffee shops. Well, that's what the Dutch are well known for in the world - for drinking great high quality coffee! - No? What do you think?

Probably, never having been inside one of those coffeeshops as a tourist might be a huge cultural loss. But, truly I've never been inside one so far - so I should catch that up when I return to Amsterdam - I'll promise!

Well, that things, I can show you about Amsterdam on my tiny short trip to that city is the railway station that directly takes you downtown. This is always good because going to such e large city by car is just a catastrophe - finde suitable parking lots and so on...
No, that turns out to become quite annoying. So, you leave the railway station and just head directly towards the inner city - like in each metropolitan area, you got numerous stuff like clothing stores, smoking stores and restaurants wherever you look at. And that's somehow the problem because due to such a oversupply of food destinations you don't know where to stop first.

Eating out in Amsterdam is not that cheap - so you have to afford about 20€ per capita. But, finally we've found a cool small location. The 'City Diner Marina' - inside, it's so cozy, modern and illuminated in calming blue colors. While listening to the sound of Eros Ramzzotti and Tina Turner, we've enjoyed our fancy Burgers and beer mixture drinks.

As the weather finally told us to fuck off again, we decided to take the way back to the station in pouring rain. So, otherwise, I would have shown you some more picture of huge department stores and of the red-light district in Amsterdam!
