This is Part 1 of the 3-part series. In this video, we walk through how to create a New Workspace or your PMO Office; find the PMO template set; customize and personalize the Project intake sheet and form; copy and set up the Project specific folder; create the Project ID; and link the cells to your project ID from the Project Intake form.
The PMO template is recommended for the intermediate Smartsheet experience level and is at a medium complexity level. Please check out a few of my other videos if you are new to Smartsheet or need a little brushing up before setting up this template.
