‘His jokes are not jokes … They are trial balloons’ — U.S. Rep Dan Goldman (D-NY) says Donald Trump’s opponents should take him seriously when he says he wants to run for an unconstitutional third term.
Goldman is introducing a resolution in the House asking all lawmakers to vote on whether they acknowledge the 22nd Amendment of the Constitution limits all presidents to only two terms.
