Lexington Parkway will be extended from West 7th Street to Shepard Road in Saint Paul. This is the second phase of work to redesign and reconstruct Lexington Parkway near West 7th Street, improving safety and traffic flow while creating a more clear connection to the Mississippi River. Construction is scheduled for 2022.
