When (not if) you have a problem with your Sky Broadband you phone them and they do all kinds of wonderful tricks and for a time your Sky Broadband improves but only for a short while. Then slowly the same problems emerge. Ask yourself this "Why do Sky Broadband feel the need to claim that they never deliberately slow your broadband down. " Is it because Sky Broadband is so slow and unreliable that you will think Sky Broadband are slowing you down deliberately? Sky Broadband equals crap broadband.
