We LOVE anything salted egg yolk and fish skin, and we’re in Midnight Weekend snack heaven when they’re combined together. Paul said fish skin tastes like an airier pork rind and that’s pretty darn accurate. If you haven’t tried crispy fish skin, we’d highly recommend!
