A message of support for Georgia from Team Europe: EIB President Werner Hoyer & European Council President Charles Michel come together to open the new premises of the EU Delegation and EIB Regional office in Georgia. During his visit, President Werner Hoyer also signed a new loan extending COVID-19 response measures to the existing credit line at Liberty Bank for a total of 17.5 million euros. EIB loans in the country total 1.85 billion euros since 2007.
