VOA's Vincent Makori reports that protesters received tear gas from police in the Kenyan capital Nairobi and the city of Kisumu on Monday after calling for officials involved in last month’s botched presidential elections to be sacked. The Opposition National Super Alliance called for the protests last week in order to force out senior officials from the electoral board as well as to oppose plans to change election laws ahead of the October 26th vote. VOA's East Africa Correspondent Jill Craig joins Vincent Makori by phone to talk about the situation.
