Zoom has a great new feature using Polls and Breakout Rooms. Now, when you launch polls, you can create breakout rooms from the poll results! This feature is part of Zoom 5.13.5 released on January 16, 2023. How does it work? After launching polls and ending the poll, you can create a breakout room immediately from the results or later in your meeting by going to breakout rooms.
This will only work with Single Answer polls since the answer determines what breakout rooms to send the users. Here is an example. Say your poll asks, "What benefit are you most interested in learning more about?" The answers are new PTO policy, FSA, HSA, and new Health Insurance. Only a single answer is allowed. After ending the poll, you could see users to the breakout rooms based on their answers.
