It Is a two bedroom/ two bath apartment in pristine condition. It is in Southern Tuscany. I think that it will pay itself off within 4-6 years of rentals as an AirBnB type rental If I wasn't trying to buy a personal home here right now I would snap it up!
UPDATE: I did end up buying it! I waited for a few months and since nobody that saw this video bought it, I bought it myself. It was a killer deal for an apartment that is right in the middle of the town of Montepulciano and super easy to rent out!
