Lee Anson had a spinal cord injury after falling 20 feet from a balcony in 2015. Lee is paralysed from the waist down and started flying with the Flying Scholarships for Disabled People in 2022 and has just been given a new Bursary to continue doing the thing he clearly loves. Andy caught up with Lee at the FSDP's 40th Aniversary at The Royal International Air Tattoo and chats about his injury and how free he feels when flying.
