In case it was hard to understand in the video, here is a written version:
To unlock everything in Shovel Knight Showdown and complete all the Unlockables, go into Battle mode with two human players and just sit there for as long as you want to unlock all the Feats. Change in the Battle mode options unlimited time and stage hazards and items off to make this easier. And there you go, unlocking everything in the game without having to go into Story mode at all.
