Kalakand
Ingredients:-
Milk - 2 litres
Sugar - 120g
Vinegar- 1 tsp
Ghee - 1 tb spn
Cardamom powder- Pinch
Pistachios- For Garnish
Method:-
Boil 2 litres full fat milk in a large pot while stirring constantly till it reduces to 25%
Then add diluted vinegar few drops at a time and curdle the milk. Then add sugar and cook it for 5 minutes.
In the last add ghee, cardamom powder and mix it.
Now pour this mixture in a greased tray and let it set at room temperature for 2 hours.
Then cut it into desired shapes
Garnish with pistachios.
