Unfortunately, only the first one is available in English. Although no re-prints have occurred lately, they all seem to be still available.

The best source I could find that also covers the border around Berlin (available only in German):
'Die Mauer um West-Berlin – Grenzerkundungen 1986 – 2003' – Peter Trzeciok.

'Die Mauer – Touren entlang der ehemaligen Grenze' - Andreas Hoffmann & Matthias Hoffmann. This was the first book I bought. It contains 10 separate tours and the writers mention interesting details.
