Spice meets wrap: Chicken tikka burritos for the perfect fusion bite!
I love chicken tikka and I love wraps so it just makes sense to put them together 😍 this was so easy to make and they tasted amazing!!

Ingredients: makes 4
4 wraps
400g chicken thighs, fat cut off
50g 0% Greek yogurt
1 onion
250g passata
1 Tbsp tomato puree
30ml single cream, I use @alpro
1 cup of basmati rice
Seasonings- ( half for the marinade & half for the sauce)
2 Tsp ground cumin, coriander powder, garam masala, paprika, chilli powder
1tsp salt
4tsp garlic granules
To top the wraps when finished:
1 Tbsp light butter
1/2 tsp garlic granules
& fresh chopped coriander
Method:
Cut the chicken into bite sized pieces and marinade in the yogurt and seasonings, cover and pop in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Add 1 cup of rice and 2 cups of water to a pot and cook until cooked through.
Once marinated, fry the chicken in a pan over a medium heat jnt cooked through. Once cooked remove from the pan and pop to one side. In the same pan add the onion and cook until softened then add the rest of the seasonings and toast for 1-2 minutes, pour in the passata and add the tomato puree and stir, cook for a further 2 minutes.
Add back in the chicken and the juices and then stir in the cream. Serve some rice and chicken tikka masala on to the wraps evenly and fold. Pop into a hot pan and cook on a medium heat until browned and crispy.
Melt the butter, garlic granules and fresh coriander together and then coat each burrito in the mixture.
