Bhastrika should not be practiced by pregnant or menstruating women. It is also contraindicated for individuals with high blood pressure, heart disease, hernia, gastric ulcer, epilepsy, vertigo, significant nosebleeds, detached retina, glaucoma, recent abdominal surgery
4. Anulom Vilom

If you have nasal congestion, do not practice anulom vilom. No breath retention should be done if practiced by pregnant women or people with heart issues
5. Bhramari
