Recipe:
- Smoke the tenderloin at 250 F until internal hits 120 F
- Heat your soapstone to 425 degrees F
- Sear the pork on all sides until internal hits 145 F
- 5 minutes before removing, pour the glaze over top
Apricot bourbon glaze (heat up till viscous)
- 4 tbsp apricot preserve
- 1 shot bourbon
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
