Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins are a wonderful fall treat. This easy to follow recipe makes delicious muffins!
Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins:
4 eggs
2 cups sugar
1 can pumpkin (15 ounce)
1 1/2 cup oil
3 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Prepare your muffin tins.
Beat eggs, sugar, pumpkin and oil. Combine dry ingredients in a separate bowl. Add to pumpkin mixture and mix until well combined. Fold in chocolate chips.
Fill muffin cups 3/4 full. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Let muffins sit in tins for about 5 minutes before removing. Let muffins cool on wire racks.
