The FISH - Food Industry Strengthening against Hunger project aims to develop technical professionalism and entrepreneurial skills in the actors of the fishery, for the sustainability of the fishing system and the reduction of conflicts.

The participatory approach adopted by E4Impact Foundation in the implementation of the project was decisive to gain an in-depth understanding of the challenges and needs of the sector, and to actively involve the actors that operate along the supply chain.

In the video Loise Kamau, E4Impact Country Manager Uganda, and Jude Ayebare, fisheries officer of KCCA, illustrate the most successful components of this approach.

The project is funded by the Ministero degli Affari Esteri e della Cooperazione Internazionale and implemented by E4Impact together with CIHEAMBari.
