These attributes make the BMW iX a superior choice for road trips when compared to major electric vehicle competitors like the Rivian R1S and the Audi Q8 e-tron.
The price of the 2025 BMW iX varies based on the trim level and available features, ranging from $88,425 to $112,675. The more powerful M60 variant is priced significantly higher than the xDrive50 trim. Despite the M60's faster performance and comparable driving range, we recommend the xDrive50 over the M60 due to its more affordable price while still offering ample speed and power.
The xDrive50 is one of two available iX trim levels, featuring all-wheel drive as standard and powered by a pair of electric motors producing 516 horsepower. The top-of-the-line M60 model, on the other hand, boasts an impressive 610 horsepower.
