Joe Biden appeared to mix up Egypt and Mexico during a press conference he called to refute allegations against his memory.
The president was the subject of a special counsel report which cleared him of possible charges related to classified documents but also highlighted his frequent memory lapses.
In the same press conference, President Biden snapped at a reporter who suggested people were "concerned" about his mental capabilities.
