These LEDs apparently have a spectrum very close to natural (blackbody). I just soldered 6 pieces to a PCB, to test if they can be a good calibration target for my DIY spectrometer ( [ Ссылка ] ). I need multiple pieces to check for a variability in their spectra.
After 10 minutes (for a single LED), the PCM temperature was at 60C.

I used a cheap reflow station (with a hot air gun) plus a low-temp (138C) soldering paste for this little SMD project. I followed my own old instructions here: [ Ссылка ]
They are also super bright - don't look at them directly!
