I'm not sure what the craziest part of this investment was:
1. The fact that partner Daniel Levine cold-emailed the Scale AI founders to meet (not the other way around).
2. The fact that the founders of Scale AI were 19 and 21 years old
3. The fact that Accel beat many others on the AI wave by investing in 2017 when Scale AI was two people and an idea to what it is today, which is a $7.3b company
