Follow up on the big embezzlement case in tiny Dixon, IL, birthplace of Ronald Reagan, where the comptroller was indicted for allegedly misappropriating $30 million (about $1,910 for each of the city's 15,700 residents) that she spent on an array of luxury goods. Will include on-the-ground color and reax from mayor and residents, and give a sense of what this might equate to in a city with a larger budget.
