Résumé : How does the government deal with the pandemic crisis in North Macedonia ? Simonida Kacarska, director of the European Policy Institute in Skopje, reminds us the political situation of North Macedonia where a technical government was put in place following the dissolution of the Parliament and before new elections which will be in July instead of April due to the pandemic crisis. This crisis also overshadows the green light that North Macedonia received in order to open the negociations to enter the European Union - which is a huge step for the country that the next government will have to carry out.
She was interviewed by Sébastien Gricourt, head of the Balkans’ Observatory at the Fondation Jean-Jaurès.
