कुंदरू - ५००ग्राम
तेल - ¼ कप
सरसों - ¼ छोटी चमच
जीरा - ¼ छोटी चमच
प्याज - १, कटी हुई
हरी मिर्च - १, कटी हुई
करी पत्ते - १ टहनी
हरा धिनया - ¼ कप
हींग - ¼ छोटी चमच
लाल मिर्च पाउडर - १ छोटी चमच
हल्दी - ¼ छोटी चमच
गरम मसाला - ½ छोटी चमच
किसा हुआ नारियल - ¼ कप
नमक
Ingredients:
Ivy gourd - 500grams
Oil - ¼ Cup
Mustard - ¼ Tsp
Cumin - ¼ Tsp
Onion - 1, chopped
Green chilli - 1, chopped
Curry leaves - 1 sprig
Coriander leaves - ¼ Cup
Asafoetida - ¼ Tsp
Red chilli powder - 1 Tsp
Turmeric - ¼ Tsp
Garam masala - ½ Tsp
Grated coconut - ¼ Cup
Salt
