In this instalment of this particular saga, I went straight to the connector for the rear differential module (DEM). I was able to verify that there were power, ground and CANbus volages. The voltage reading were all within spec so the wiring was fine abd the problem was with the module. I spoke to a gentleman at Volvo Diagnostics in Tilbury, Essex, UK and he confimed that it was indeed the DEM that was faulty so it is just a matter of repairing or replacing it. I have decided to live with it for now and I'll get it repaired or replaced in a future video.
