Ingredients (1 serving):
Brown Sugar Tapioca Pearls:
30g tapioca pearls
Milk Tea:
150g milk
5g matcha power
70ml hot water (90°C/194°F)
Brown sugar syrup:
30g brown sugar
15g water
Instructions:
1. Pour two cups of water to boil
2. Pour the tapioca pearls into boiling water for 20 minutes. Stir the peals occasionally.
3. Set the pearls aside for 25 mins and drain the water off.
4. Add water to boil the brown sugar, keep stirring occasionally, and look for a thick, molasses-like consistency. Once the thickness is right, let it cool.
5. Let the tapioca pearls, milk and brown sugar syrup into a glass cup.
6. Sift matcha and add hot water, whisk matcha.
7. Pour the matcha into your a glass cup together. Enjoy it:)
