Decided to take a look at the power torque sealed head 72 tooth ratchet. It uses a bog standard williams/craftsman pawl design and does have a tight anvil, although the spring is too stiff making for a lot of backdrag force. It seems worthy for the price as they did include a o-ring around the anvil
