The international climate negotiations at COP28 in Dubai mark a critical juncture for countries to step up their climate ambitions and action in response to the first global stocktake of efforts under the Paris Agreement. This provides countries with a pivotal opportunity to course correct.
We need a package of outputs that can drive concrete action on the ground and support countries to prepare more ambitious Nationally Determined Contributions (NDCs) by 2025.
