Over the past few months, tension between Sudan and South Sudan has played out in the battle fields of Heglig,threatening to sack in neigbouring countries like Uganda. As the grounds of the conflict shift to diplomacy, the two sides have now brought their cause to Kampala. A Sudanese parliamentary delegation is in the country to try and defuse tension while separately South sudan is calling for a peace and verification monitoring committee by the United Nations.
