We talk about how meditation is a powerful support for ADHD. How meditation can slow our internal rhythm.
The two tools introduced are:
- Gamifying your focus, using multiple focus points
- The 4-7-8 breath from Andrew Wheel
I use both approaches when I find myself nervous, when I go to bed, when I wake up.
I use both in my sessions too!
