Oct.26 -- "The recalibration of our asset purchases reflects growing confidence in the gradual convergence of inflation rates toward our inflation aim," European Central Bank President Mario Draghi told reporters during his monetary policy briefing in Frankfurt. The ECB will reduce its monthly bond purchases next year in a step toward ending a program that has spent more than 2 trillion euros ($2.4 trillion) trying to revive euro-area inflation.
