I hope everyone is doing well. In this episode, I prepare a Persian Nowruz (First Day of Spring New Year) favorite that you can, of course, enjoy any time of year.
For Iranians, Sabzi Polo ba Mahi is like Turkey for Thanksgiving. The dish includes herb rice (Sabzi Polo) that I prepared with some fresh garlic and fried whitefish (Mahi). We usually serve it with Kookoo Sabzi, which you saw in my last video and also, smoked fish as well.
