This webinar was convened under AMR Ambassadors Program for Young People in Africa, a free nine-month fenced program that seeks to empower tertiary level students from different faculties across the entire African continent to be active AMR champions

The aim of the webinar was to showcase how we can apply multidisciplinary engagement in Antimicrobial Stewardship both at the hospital and community setting. The guest speakers for the webinar were; Candice Bonaconsa, A Researcher of Infectious Diseases and HIV Medicine at the University of Cape Town, South Africa, and Dr. Oluchi Mbamalu, a Research Pharmacist, Division of Infectious Diseases and HIV Medicine at the University of Cape Town, South Africa.
