The Additional Funding Programme for Mathematical Sciences is investing £300 million of Government funding over a five-year period from 2020/21 to 2024/25. This new funding is being delivered by EPSRC and The Royal Society. The Programme is providing a significant boost to the UK’s world-leading mathematical sciences community, increasing support for this key discipline and increasing the pool of mathematicians able to participate in and deploy state of the art research.
Dr Katie Blaney, Head of Mathematical Sciences at EPSRC, tells us more about this new investment for research projects, fellowships and doctoral awards. The EPSRC Additional Funding Programme for Mathematical Sciences webpage hosts regular updates on the programme including an FAQ: [ Ссылка ]
